So this might be a toughie but I'm still gonna take a chance! Also I posted this a few times just so that as many people as possible who are interested in helping could see it.
I found this yaoi manga in audio form on YouTube a long time ago, like 2016 long time ago. Anyway, it got taken down as YouTube always does but got reuploaded by someone else until, once again, YouTube took it down.
This has always been my favorite manga ever since but I can never remember the name, just the plot because it resinated with me. So if I could have the help finding it through the plot, that would be amazing!!!
So, here's the plot: the MC is apart of a very prestigious family but is treated like crap by his Half-Brother and the rest of the servants because the MC is the bastard of the family.
One day, his Half-Brother kidnaps the Love Interest because Love Interest is the heir to their rival company. Half-Brother makes Love Interest go blind and MC begs his Half-Brother to let him heal Love Interest because he's in love with Love Interest (the MC knows him from school btw.) Half-Brother agrees and every day MC does his best to heal Love Interest's eyes. Love Interest falls in love with MC even though he doesn't know MC's name or face. Eventually, MC has decided that Love Interest has healed enough (though still not enough to know it's him) and help's him escape his half-brother's clutches.
When Love Interest finally heals, he goes back to the field his savior (the MC) freed him in. He meets MC who is basically sulking and the two chat for awhile when Love Interest reveals he's leaving the country for 5 years. MC says he doesn't care and when Love Interest leaves, he breaks down crying.
So that's Act 1 of the audio drama and I can keep going if people need me to but the story is so juicy that I don't want to spoil anymore unless people need more info so I hope that's enough to get people looking for it. Again, I'd be overjoyed if anyone found it because I've been looking for years so please help as much as you can! ♡

Awesome! So I'll go over the characters and the art first and have act 2 after for people who want to read it when it's found.
So, the art style is very much like old, old OLD yaoi manga, with characters having sharp chins and jawline. I'm pretty sure it's japanese and not Korean or Chinese.
For the act 2 plot, here it goes:
So Love Interest returns back to the country after 5 years and he's now the owner of his family's company. He's at a party when he learns that MC is there and his family's company is going downhill so there are rumors that he's basically a prostitute (he's not). Now, Love Interest really wants to know what happened to his savior after he left and the word gets out that he's looking for them.
We then meet MC's Cousin, who is very cheerful and fun (he's apart of his own company btw, so not with MC or Half-Brother's but they still hang) and is rumored to be that savior so Cousin and Love Interest start dating. Which makes MC sad but he tries to move on even though he still loves Love Interest.
Anyway, one night when Love Interest and Cousin are at the theater, they run into MC who is still not okay with the whole situation and Love Interest suggests he brings him home. So Love Interest takes MC to his home, demands to know who and what happened to his savior because it couldn't be Cousin because he's not quiet or gentle. When MC says he was just some random servant (which isn't technically a lie bc MC was forced to clean the house sometimes) and that he's gone, Love Interest flips out, (and in proper yaoi fashion) they have forced sex. So then MC and Love Interest start having an affair while Love Interest is dating Cousin.
This goes on for awhile and a few hints get sprinkled here and there for Love Interest to figure out that MC was his savior but that doesn't happen. Instead, Love Interest trespasses back on MC and Half-Brother's property, gets captured again (this time without the blindness) just to see if his savior will come again. When MC hears that Love Interest is captured again, he hurries to free him only to be caught by Half-Brother. Half-Brother reveals everything, including that MC was his savior and MC freaks out because he believed Love Interest would hate him if he found out. Love Interest then saves the day by letting the police know what his plan was and Half-Brother gets jailed for like company things I don't care enough to remember and Love Interest and MC reconcile and confess.
I hope that helps the search, I've been looking on multiple websites for any sign of it with no luck so you might have better progress.
I'm currently looking through manga that have drama CDs, since you said you came across it in audio form, and nothing seems to match so far... but sometimes light novels also get drama CDs, and they have illustrations.
I've also listened to a few light novels, and they have similar storylines to the one your describing: lots of drama, kidnapping, company rivalry, going abroad, etc.
in the video you saw, did it look like a manga with panels and speech bubbles for each line of dialogue? or was it just translated lines and one illustration for each scene?
