So the title has "princess" in it, but it's not historical nor fantasy genre. It's a Highschool romance between a rich girl who lives alone in an apartment, that is the largest and most expensive someone can rent, and her father owns the building, and the mc is a common boy who lives with his sister alone(basically) because his parents are always working. The fml already has a crush on the mc, and the mc starts cooking for the fml at his house sometimes because fml lives alone, and they've become friends. The mc has a little sister, at the beginning, the little sister pointed towards the same building the fml lives in and thought that a princess lived up at the top. Which where the fml comes in claiming she does on like ch2.
