Facts! He truly is a completely unhinged character in the novel. A literal monster. I don't think I've read a character as extreme as him. The author was quite unapologetic in the character's cruelty. They'll definitely have to tone it down for the manhwa.

for anyone who's obsessed w/ iltae like me, I'm telling y'all to go read the novels there's like 5 novels, Passion, DS(another couple featured), Suite: Passion, Suite: DS, and xinlu's story.
