I have answered this so; if there are no mature themes, as early as you are able to read. If there's sex, drugs or any other sort of mature or criminal activities, 16 and up. But considering that Mangago has no age restriction on more mature mangas, I think the minimal age on the website should be at least 16. That's my personal opinion.
I mean you should at least show you take care of your own appearance on a basic level. There's way too many people in this world for at least a few people finding you attractive.
