I don’t know why you guys say that kei is friend of that disgusting piece of shit, he went there to talk with the ex in order to help hanase, and after listening to his lame excuses he beats him... but maybe I got it wrong? Anyways the ex should suffer until he dies bc there’s nothing, ANYTHING that makes what he did excusable.
It's because in the extra it shows him going back to the bar where the ex works at and conversing with him in a friendly manner as if its become a regular thing and that they're almost friends now

I don't want to defend naruse bc that thing about 'I want them to think I'm single' it's sad. Buuuut with that said, I'm sure naruse don't thinks that he can be easily taken advantage of, especially because asumi is the only man he would date. I hope he'll try to understand asumi's feelings before getting mad or pushing him aside.
