I remember reading a similar manga. It’s really identical that I actually though i’m reading that manga with different art style. Same 3 step-brothers and he also seemed to end up with the middle child. the only difference is their parents died (i think?) and the personality of the oldest is not so twisted ( although he is gay he doesnt like the oldest ) same with the youngest, only the middle child liked the oldest.
