Dude, come on! The title obviously have the words 'cheat system' naturally mc have advantages and the summary also gave you hint on what kind of plot. On top of that, there's an explanation why mc got that system at the end chapter.

If I remember correctly one of the earlirt chapter show that the city of both country are connected at the border which means it us to be just one nation, so what ever happened that cause it to split might be a result of succession war, civil war, or a part of the country claim independence/autonomous
