I remember one of the comments before saying that if this manhwa were to be historically accurate, Nakyum being the illegitimate son of a noble/aristocrat is very unlikely. Being left at the Kisaeng house is the lowest you can go. If he is someone important, we would've been abandoned at a more dignified place just because he still has the blood of a noble.
