if you're thinking about this in a more "logical" way i would think that in an omegaverse as a female omega you will still get your period every month and also get your heat maybe every 3 or so months, maybe the periods wouldnt be as heavy/painful but you would still be able to get pregnant outside of the heat and the heat would just make you more ...... 2 reply
