I think if you look at how his powers work , he actually can heal, by accelerating the growth of tissues and everything inside the body. But I guess the writer won't go much deeper into any branch of power Dam can grow into since most of the story it is just centered to power of "life" and "death"
Well actually, he healed mishi when he was a little kid. He had a fever and Dam grew him up to strengthen his immune system. At least that's what I think he did
imo i think more likely that dam is scared/traumatise than the writer wont go deeper. maybe we will see him uses his power more comfortably once he figure out the right balance. however this isnt jjk why must dam kill someone for character development ╥﹏╥
That's where I'm basing my thoughts of him being able to heal but he did not properly execute the "healing" part where someone just remains as is and just being healed of the illness what Dam did there is accelerates growth. Baby>>>Adult so not sick anymore.
You might be right. Since what we and Dam sees from the start is just plain distopian world and stressful situation that's why he has no way to think much about his powers. I hope he really did have time to breath after this because the poor soul just intentionally killed someone.(Gale deserves to die.)
