ok so i have a couple theories..
1. what if the prince is being controlled by the system to follow the original story line? when the cog’s turn, the prince’s eyes kinda change and he begins to make unexpected decisions almost like he’s being controlled. When the cog’s start to turn, he has even stated that he doesn’t know how or why he came to such decisions in those moments, he just feels that it’s the right one. Moreover, the system relentlessly tries to set up quests that involve improving her relationship with the prince, romantically.
2. sedin will be erased. it was confirmed from the dragon that sedin does not belong in this current story or any story at that. renee couldn’t even find his existence in the novels original work. his existence is entirely unknown. it’s almost like he is a bug, a glitch. the system claims that if renee clears the tower or reaches some level, they will clear up all the bugs and glitches. does that include sedin?
3. the original renee will never return. once renee completes the final quest, the novel will come to its final end. even though only renee’s soul has transmigrated into the original renee’s body, what if the original renee’s soul is dead? she had gone through so much and pleaded for help in her diary almost as if she would give anything, even her soul.
4. renee will never return home to her original world. it seems as though the system plans to keep her in a cycle of transmigration. after she finishes one story, onto another. disregarding renee’s emotions and mental stability, the system seems hell bent on entertainment; adding spin-offs and sequels, even promising renee a return home if she obeys.
