For what I can remember it's ML that is in love with his best friend but his best friend is straight and he knows that ML has feelings for him, he's not disgusted by it but he can't accept his feeling, then a new neighbor comes in and is interested in ML I think and his best friends helps the neighbor so that ML and neighbor can be together, I think that was the storie it's been a while since I read it, but I totally recommend it, it's a cute and fluffy story
