Any good yaoi/shounen ai manga with realistic gay characters?

I'd really love to see good manga with realistic take on gay characters without the usual uke/seme trope. By that I mean no usual weak (often pathetic) short guy with big strong class president type, no exclusive top/bottom dynamic.
