If they communicated how they felt or their struggles early on regardless of the contract, they would have been more happy. You can't expect the ML to know everything, he doesn't have superpowers to read minds. As for the FL, I get why she had to hide her son and why she couldn't tell him everything, if only ML communicated more with her. It's hard to express your feelings but it's not fair to the other party when you don't tell them clearly what is on your mind and just make judgement of them. Because if you truly love the person, you trust that whatever you will say, they will understand or try to understand. You wouldn't have loved them if they were the evil person that you perceive them to be right? Unless you were only physically attracted to them and you didn't really love them based on how they are in life. Their love lacked depth and trust that's why what happened, happened.
As for the other stuff that happened, it just felt like it was forced by the writer to add more drama and justify the actions of both sides. The antagonist was very unrealistic. This had a lot of potential but I didn't like that most of the circumstances were forced. The author justified the actions of everyone except the antagonist and just made her pure evil. I would have loved it if the antagonist was made human rather than just being a spawn of the devil.
All in all this was good but could have done better.
As much as I want to continue reading I just can't stand the continuous misunderstandings, emotional and physical torture, violence by Seungho. I hate that Na-kyum always cries. Plot is too dragging for me now. The misunderstanding should've ended after the confession but here comes another kidnapping and then the sister and then seungho just up and leaves like that. Too bad I really liked the drawing. But I dont enjoy this anymore. I skipped too many chapters because I hated the dragging parts.
I agree with you, but maybe some of the chapters you skipped had some future foreshadowing which you dont’t know of, i’m no reeling you that you have to read it, but i think that this story especially after episode 20 starts to pick up and you are able to see seungho’s character development, but i do agree with you about the misunderstandings and also the kidnapping also rn it does seem to be dragging a bit but i think these are just chapters to build tension
I read til the last chapter. I never skipped the important parts. Emotional torture is not really my thing. In reality, this is a very toxic relationship. But since this is fiction, there's a certain degree that it's acceptable that's why I kept reading. I just can't with all the crying and the misunderstandings. And I always have a very strong conviction that if you can hurt the one you love then that's not love. And it happened twice already. So I cant relate to the MCs anymore. If I was Na-kyum there's no way I will believe that Seungho does love me if I am always treated that especially after having said those things before he got kidnapped. I had high hopes because it was the first time their love making was warm and filled with emotions. I was hoping it was a turning point, but I dont know anymore. I will probably comeback when there are a lot of chapters and will just probably skip and go straight to the end. Lol
I swear I will pull all the hair in Soyeon's head for causing such a misunderstanding. ヽ(`Д´)ノ
