ive had my braces for about more than a year now! here's what ive experienced so far.
when I first got them it HURTTTT like I couldn't even eat potatoes or bread...
pain was tolerable though never had to take Tylenol, n hurt for about a week or so. then faded into a more sore kind of pain. if you are struggling with the pain I suggest ice cream......
