c32 - eh, interesting enough to finish but not enough to be rated higher. it's nothing new and MC is too OP and he has the reader cheat code so nothing is exciting because it's given he is going to win. he is extremely arrogant too which makes him unlikable. i don't mind gray charas but this one just doesn't have depth to his character. he is just... a strong mc who is following what the OG main lead of the novel had done. anyways, still good to read when bored though

c104 - 1st half is quite confusing and hard to follow because there are so many clans, characters, variable. they are not even divided into different arcs so it's confusing. but the plot twists towards the end are interesting enough to keep on reading. although i get the goal of the writer to surprise the readers regarding MC's shocking past, the execution is lacking. there are plot holes.

also, finally we have a spear user in murim! Not that i'm sick of swords but it’s interesting to see a rare weapon used in murim instead of usual swords.

ps. if you get bored at some point, push through! because the last season was INSANE one of the best war arcs in murim. SO WORTH READING!!!

during the climax of the story, it was plot twist after plot twist! everything that happened in the story was meticulously planned and you have to consider unreliable narrator. YOU CANNOT TRUST ANY POV AT ALL!!! THIS STORY IS SO GOOD

found family bonds that were formed during hardships, in this case: war, are unbreakable
