I forgot that I read this one (then I dropped it for some reason) so I'm sorry if my description is a little vague. All I could remember are the second couple, where the buff one was the uke. (Ppl were surprised by that) He was also a police man and adopted the seme as a child because something happened to his parents. It's manhwa and it had really toxic vibe to it.
