Yep, at the end of the day they are fictional characters and Jiwon isn't even that awful (well by manga standards). They both are insecure, but Dong-gyun as a character isn't really progressing much, he's still obsessively watching "Alex" online and having dreams about him. I guess it's only been a few weeks since they first met up though, so it will be interesting to see if he hopefully gets a bit of confidence to wind up Jiwon or just be more assertive rather than idolising Jiwon despite him treating him coldly.

A fluffy story with no bumps between an insecure cam boy with ex issues and his super fan who goes to the same university seems a bit unlikely.

It's like, people are really over-the-top about his dislikeability... He's just jealous... Givin their situation, i can understand him popping off and outwardly disliking blondie, the only line he's crossed is getting physical. People act like they expect him to be nice to his love rival... What? If you're upset about him getting physical, say that, but don't go saying stupid things like "he's always mean to him", no shit. ╮(￣▽￣)╭

Even with all that aside, having an emotionally driven asshole type is always a good time. Not everyone is sweet and fluffy. I can guarantee something will happen and/or change in regards to him and everyone is going to be going OH JAEJIN MY BABY （/TДT)/
