How do you talk with your therapist?

I've had a couple therapists but I could never really open to them or talk about things to them. it's not that they were judgemental or anything I just could never bring myself to tell them how I really feel, or when I did it for little things I would end up feeling worse than before. I think I might just have a hard time sharing things in general ......   reply
