hey guys I don't know if this is a dumb question but does anyone know how one could put a translation of a manga on here, am I supposed to click the flag on any page of a manga and 'report' it or??

Yeah. Click at the flag then leave link & message.
The admins will consider they can upload or not.
For some reason, they can't upload some manga or need to wait for the right time to be able to upload.

Considering how the webtoon got featured on line's site they're re-doing the uploads and all which is a shame for someone who wants to read it right away up until the point it's been translated to (which is around ch.4 pt.6 (outro))
