I rarely comment on these, but this made me do it. May be some spoliers.
Have to say it was real good at the start, got me thinking that there was too many chapters that focus on the other characters when our main and 2nd couple had way too many issues. But when it was getting stable and fluffy, damn dam of issues came flooding both couples, to the point that I am hella pissed. Anyways, my boi Jung hae is the only one making the most decent reactions and actions. All of them are now messy af,
Point is, I want my main couple to be happy the most. Help Myung Ha as well please. And let the brother make sense, gahd to even have the audacity to go back. I just want to punch that pretentious ‘oldest hyung gansta guy’.
I really like Tristan, I do. But apparently this is being depicted way different from the novel itself. Which is why a lot of supporters of the novel boycotted the manhwa artist and hated on in her IG, it seems she favors Tristan a LOOOT, and a lot of the FL scenes with him is not even in the novel. A lot of scenes where the duke’s efforts for FL where opted out.
And I haven’t read everything BUT there is a really good backstory for the ML (not a secret anyway with the posters) which is the Duke, he really respects her too. And see how he is the only one who had rejected her advances so far, cause it ain’t purely lust with him. Take note that when FL mother died, they were ALL CHILDREN, so put that in perspective too.
ANYWAY, the backstory of ML is way way wayyyy sad. So don’t be too quick to judge everyone. Still, they all hot tho. And that Pope and missing brother are ALL HELLA SUS!
Oh yeah lowkey at the front and mid point of the section the duke shows up but does nothing, just like *i’m making an appearance so you don’t forget about me*. I was wondering why he’s being so ineffective even though he’s the first ML but this explanation clears it up. I do love Tristan because he’s way more respectful in the manhua but I might change my mind if I read the novel
You’re welcome! I just didn’t like the blind hate, but I do get it as well. Anyone will swoon for the very attentive Tristan. But yeah, he’s a knight so he does stay by her side more often. As compared to the Duke that has a lot of preparation behind the scenes (for ML) that we haven’t seen yet.
OMG! I KNEW ALMAN IS SOMETHING!! I was losing hope for him since it felt like he is being abandoned despite him trying and it’s the typical “I can’t tell you yet” scenario so I’m kind of like bro that’s not what I would want for you to do rn with my queen but I can’t help but root for him!
Agree! Me too. It was weird because he is working very hard. But it is being cutoff mostly by the manhwa, but it seems it is more detailed in the novel. He REALLY worked hard tho, to the point that in the novel, even towards the end, readers felt the FL was undeserving of ML. I mean currently, she seems undeserving but I was hoping it will totally flip in the end. Welppp
Damn I see I just hope they give my boi alman the recognition he deserves cause wth is this favoritism! I like Tristan too but not like this!
