I found a lot of people who believed that Jian Yi was being kidnapped (like, the final kidnapping leading to his disappearance for 3+ years) in this cheaper which was rather surprising to me. He was kidnapped on the second day of high school and they're still in middle school. When he was kidnapped he was also wearing his high school uniform and ended up coming back wearing that same uniform.
In this chapter we see him wearing a black and yellow outfit, not a high school uniform. Also, in this chapter he's wearing white shoes whilst in the beginning (when he first reappeared after the kidnapping) he had black shoes.
So don't worry, Jian Yi isn't being kidnapped this chapter but we do know now that shit is starting to go down.(〜 ̄△ ̄)〜
So I bought chapter 15 on lezhin and the chapter wasn't too eventful but it highlighted a few things that are sort of unsettling. There were also a few connections made because we saw more of the backstory on Sun Hwa and his creepy ass ex boyfriend.
SPOILERS vvvvvv
Okay so basically the chapter was about Sun Hwa telling himself that he was happy with Goong Ha. Then he started to remember his old relationship with Sunbae and it showed a few steamy scenes but something that was sort of put an emphasis on was Sunbae's habit of asking "do you love me" over and over again. I just found that as something interesting to note.
Also, in chapter 14 you can see the man with glasses and orange/brown hair reunite with Sun Hwa and you can see them arguing about something hasn't been explained yet. Well chapter 15 shines a bit more light on it.
In chapter 15 it shows Sun Hwa in art class until someone points out that a different student has been copying his painting. The student copying his painting happens to be the man with glasses and orange/brown hair. In chapter 14 you can see him going on about having to explain that he didn't plagiarize. This person's name is Suh Joon. In chapter 14 he also talks about how Sun Hwa trashed his life and then dropped out. At first I thought that Sun Hwa had just spoken out about the plagiarism but then he said "I didn't do it." Then Suh Joon said "Right, it was your boyfriend." So we can assume that Sunbae played a big role in it. What I concluded from the information gathered from those two chapters is that Sun Hwa told Sunbae about the plagiarism and then he took it into his own hands by telling the professer. Or for a different project, Sunbae painted something exactly like what Suh Joon did and framed him for plagiarizing which would explain his comment about saying how he had to explain to the professer that he didn't plagarize.
And so I think after Suh Joon was under the suspicion of plagiarism, Sun Hwa ended up telling everyone about all of it which would explain why Suh Joon said stuff like "Trying to fix my final project that you tore apart?" and "feeling rejected by all of my classmates?" Then again, his final project also could've been sabotaged judging from the way he spoke about it.
There's a shit ton of possibilities but those are just the basics of the ones I consider most probable ╮( ̄▽ ̄)╭ I have too much time on my hands
