How can you expect her to be thinking clear at a moment like that? She's hurt, she can't exactly think of the most logical explanation as to why fakeciel would lie to her. We know the full story but she doesn't so it makes sense for her to be so upset. She doesn't know that fakeciel pretended to be the real Ciel, only we know that because we were given that information. It's a crazy story involving grim reapers and demons, things that she doesn't know anything about. In the spur of the moment, you can't expect her to be completely understanding and reasonable.
It's not as simple as being betrayed, she's probably going through a shit ton of mental baggage. You can't expect her to be super reasonable and understanding in the situation right now. And it's not like the others weren't going to find out that the fakeciel was the one lying anyway, given that the real ciel was right there.
