i generally can't stand the miscommunication trope but i really love the flashback scenes giving us a glimpse of how they started out. only reason why i haven't dropped

Ye the thing is the setting of the story is actually pretty interesting. I still hope we'll see some fair punishment for it (not just "because you raped the person you arent allowed to be with them" type shit), but the track record with these things tells me its a small chance of that happening.
