I think she did answer this question. She said Sangwoo is heterosexual and while he initially saw Bum as a man, he began identifying him with his mother. The only person he ever really "loved" was the girl with the skin condition.

i love how this became a florist x tattoo artist. ayeon is really fit with flowers/nature and woori and his personality fits with being a tattoo artist and i agree, i wish this was longer ╥﹏╥
