I'm kinda confused. I thought she was in the hospital, but then she's suddenly out and murdered by a serial killer.
Its sad. I thought she'll die because of her disease but even the awaited ending didn't come because as she always stresses throughout the series, death can suddenly come.
I know this was written 2 years ago, but she was in the hospital, but Haruki and Sakura had planned to meet at the cafe so she was on her way to the cafe, when she was murdered.
