Why do you guys keep complaining about how boring Jo is?? First things first you just think TJ is interesting cause he is a bad guy with a tragic past. They've entered this whole mafia thing but every time we come to the same thing, Ian was never meant to it. As you can read in the flashback parts. He desires to experiment something normal, but he is just used to the wrecked stuff and know no love besides TJ's. A guy who's been obssessed with him. And won't let him go find his happiness insisting on him to keep doing the Job. So, definitely Jo even if he has not that much to offer he would be exactly what Ian needs. I just hope that Doyak doesn't make Jo into a mafia wrecked guy too at the end and they can be together in peace. For Tj... Man, get over it. Go find something else to do. Crochet, fishing, windsurfing, whatever
