I talked to the person who drew it She say it was meant to reference it but kinda copy from it . She apologize because she didn't mean to hurt anybody, just thought it would be a nice surprise for someone's birthday.

After talking to her, it seems like she's still quite young and probably didn't know any better. Plus she seems like she learn her lesson and apologize so I say we just forgive her this one time.
