Rough and unrefined plot. Unclear conversation. Inconsistent character's personality. She was oh-so-confuse when she first arrived at the residency even though it was stated that life got her tough because she had to survive on the battlefield...she let the maids bully her in the previous chapter and suddenly in the next chapter, she found her resolve and beat them all back and appear stronger and independent but then, that night, she became weak as hell in front of her father-in-law, she had to let him rape her and became pregnant with his child... Welp, I stopped there and skipped to the latest chapter, but I'm still disappointed. Is this a cryptic manhwa that needs to be unraveled? I'm not gonna stay to unravel it tho. This is so damn confusing.

Why did yall focus on hating the characters? I like Kiji's character development. At first, he seems like he couldn't care less about anything. But he came to care more and more about Ogeha. I like how Ogeha learns that everyone is actually non-recycled trash. And how she came to terms with Kiji's weird personality and accept Kiji for who he is. Kiji might have tendencies to turn into a psychopath given his lack of empathy in certain things (he improved as the story progressed), but as the author said, he might just be a person that has limited expressions that's why he seems like a psychopath lol. Anyway, I like this!

I gave this manhwa 5 star, solely because of the webnovel. The webnovel is too good to be true. Its on par with Solo Leveling.. or even better tbh. But the artist had let the webnovel's readers down. Its like several people were drawing in one manhwa. The inconsistent art style. Changing parts of the webnovel because they dont want to draw lots of scene. Weird character design which make us dreading whether the artist got imagination or not (Lee Seol-A, Odelette Delphine, Hao Win, Hugo, even Seol himself). Weird body posture and face expression. Adding unrelated scenes and cutting off important scenes that will be explain in later chapters. Well, whatever it is...this manhwa did not do justice to the webnovel. I swear the webnovel is 1000% times better than this. I'm so disappointed with the artist. I hope they would stop this ridiculousness and draw according to the webnovel for once. We dont wish to see any new ideas or new scenes to popped up in this manhwa. We just want the artist to visualize and bring out our imagination alive. Let them breath expression and soul into the characters...not ruin the webnovel like this.
