I might be wrong but you could try contacting mgg by Gmail asking if you could upload a new manga on the website, I don't know if they'll answer and there was a visual guide to help with this but the chapters are gone

I was stalking random accounts so this reply is late, I heard somewhere that if you upload a new manga in batoto it will automatically make a bot and upload that same manga here on mangago but I heard it takes quite a while. I'm not sure if it's true but I do plan on testing it out since I'm currently translating a manga right now
