Even a mature person can do that,brain is still a brain and also this manga isn't limited for people. Just making you know that you can be a grown up person but you still can be immature and that the world isn't full of clones that have the same personality.
Thing is in a lot of countries high school is not compulsatory. If I remember correctly Japan is one of them. People drop out or just do go and get jobs instead all the time. That's part of why is shows up in Japanese manga so much.

Basically, Sangwoo plays a game of carrot and stick with Bum. Carrot in how he takes Bum out to go shopping. Stick as in how he leaves Bum alone at the shop to tease him and scare him. At the end of the chapter, I'm assuming Sangwoo is texting about bringing Bum to a party of some sort with "friends" of his. Malice included in the text or not.

Yeah, I think SW is testing Bum to see what he does. Bum looked for SW instead of making a run for it--so SW is going to try to take Bum to the festival. SW wants Bum to feel completely dependent and afraid to do anything and this is a kind of dry run.

It's just a special chapter of the characters would be like if they had jobs. It's not part of the actual story.
I think it shows jobs they had prior to the story. Now matter what job Bum has, he's a schmuck--and no matter what Samgwoo does, he is adored and people want to be like him--especially Bum. Bum notices gay men and Sangwoo. Sangwoo notices how easily he manipulates people.
Is the cop with glasses in a few panels or are my eyes playing tricks on me? (Does he say "Come on, move?")
