I think it is implied MC is hallucinating the snakes as another body. There is only one body.
I mean that’s what I thought in the last chapter too but why showing that for another whole chapter? Most people would’ve guessed that from the last chapter tbh. It’s also sloppy IMO if authors feel the need to show SA for more than a scene in a chapter. It’s unnecessary and if anything romanticises rape, which is something this author didn’t do in their past works.
