You mean fools? If I remember correctly there's not much toxicity in it, but if you're talking about love or hate you'll probably be bothered by it ;)
Fools is very much about their communication, and I love how the author is improving the storyline in the remastered version (which is in an eternal hiatus)... I thought just the art was going to get a better version, it was a nice surprise. Also @bokutotiddies love or hate really have a little bit of toxicity, but the story compensate, it really involves you quickly, and they are all so pretty. I was really hoping the non childhood friend could won the heart of the protagonist, but it is very much you are looking for, a strong love built in their childhood.
