OK so- AT FIRST i thought damn if that chapter 1 didn't exist and that "event" hadn't happened then the plot seemed not so bad. But then when she had the "night watch", that chapter just ruined it again like damn. Tho the dudes in this story are hot, especially the crown prince owo he seems like a nice guy. ok you guys are crazy- from the very beginning, the ML literally did not manipulate the FL at all, they met at the festival by coincidence and she was literally trying to seduce him in the place and was interested in the first place. He didn't force her into anything. Secondly, the male lead didnt even bother Elan with ANYTHING- literally she was just living her life and got mad when she found out the emperor knew about her and her pregnancy AFTER HE SAID "he would kill a person if they were preggy with his kid" (if it was a random person!!!!!) or something like that. Additionally, she mad because he didn't help her after he knew BUT she was purposefully avoiding the emperor (even after he was dropping hints left right and centre) in the first place because of one-sided stories. So what did she want? at first when she found out the emperor knew everything she was mad he didn't help her when she was purposefully avoiding him but then completely goes insane when he then wants to help her and have a life together with her? Honestly- its like she was mentally trying to manipulate herself into thinking he was evil which is seriously crazy and has made me think if she developed a mental health issue. HECK she even said he manipulated the entire experience of them meeting at the festival, like ummmmmmmm no he didn't honey what are you saying? And she is basing him as evil off of what?? one-sided stories of him, she doesn't even know his backstory, true character, true anything and ignorantly deems him evil based off one-sided rumours and stories, and only negative ones at that.
I think you forgot the part where she asked him what will he do if a lady turns up and declared he had a child with her, he’d make her pay for it. I mean granted that’s not aimed at FL but she doesn’t know that. She thought she’d get the same treatment as Micky did. Not to mention, those dreams are almost same in reality, wherein he kept on insisting finding her without even offering an explanation as to how and why he did his course of actions. Like homegirl is really betrayed by your actions and instead of explaining why, all you want to do is find her and force her to come back to you??? Both of them have faults, I’m just pointing out that FL’s actions are not unreasonable at all, and she hasn’t developed mental illness or whatever because the way ML presents himself would really make anyone run away from him.
Also she didn’t seduce him. I don’t think asking someone to dance with them when they’re being swept up in the moment is considered seduction since they didn’t plan it; she was drawn towards him and they tumbled together and did the deed. Both are at faults here.

When she found out that he knows, he didn’t say he loves her or whatever, but he told her that her child will be the successor of the Empire. Just wanna point out that there’s no manipulation happening. If the emperor didn’t want to have sex with her, he wouldn’t have let her touch him even. This has been evident and clear in the beginning chapters, especially with Micky. What happened that night of the festival was CONSENSUAL but what happened after WAS NOT (like getting pregnant and chased by this psycho who also enters your dreams to track you down)
