Wtf. No words can explain how much I love this manhwa. This is so underrated that it hurts me because it deserves so much hype like other popular fl isekai stories. I love how they found each other amidst of all those sufferings, trauma, & angst. Each character feels like it came to life and I didn't expected myself to love this story. I'm glad that both fl and ml found each other that despite their darkness of their 1st timeline, they became a light for each other. This story gave me so much feels. I love the art, the plot, the characters, the fl & ml, and the narration. It's too deep. I love how the story progressed without any plot holes. We saw their childhood, puberty, and their adulthood. It made me feel that I was also in the story not just a reader.

The Fl of this manhwa is not like any other fl in isekai story. What I love about her the most is that she's so realistic that I found myself being mesmerized on how she was written so well. She's so realistic that I had a thought she was real person that really experienced that rather than a character I read. I love her so much. I am so glad that she got the happy ending she always deserved.

Rupert, my baby. He's also one of those rarest ml in manhwa. I also love how he was so tragically but beautifully well written as a character. I'm glad that he didn't became so obssessed and possessive of the fl which is RARE for this kind of manhwa. It just breaks me so bad that he experienced all of that as a kid. No kid deserves to be treated like that. However, despite his past, I'm glad that he finally found his purpose of living and will continue to live happily. I love him so much and I'm so so so happy that he finally found his happy ending.

This story really made me feel so much emotions that no other manhwas have made me feel. I love this story so much. This is the only angst that I want to reread again and again and experience the emotions I have felt while reading this for the first time. I'll let it hurt me again just to see my babies happy endings

I've been trying to read other manhwas after re-reading this for the nth time for a change, but I feel like this manhwa rlly set the standard for the medical comic genre. I need more manhwas as good as this PLEASE if anyone has recos pls do give (do NOT even try to persuade me to like Doctor Level Up that ending was scuffed)
