But what she doesn't know is jinyao exchanged his sperms with yiyi's sperms and that's how rourou born. So the remaining frozen sperms were yiyi's, but bitch aunt thought it was jinyao's. So she stole it, and now has baby from surrogacy. She thinks it's jinyao's first born, so she can inherit everything. (but in real it's yiyi's lol)

And I think rourou can see his baby brother not bc of his blood relation (bc there's none, bc new baby is blood related to yiyi, rourou is blood related to jinyao ) but it's more like emotional connection. Yep that's how surrogacy works. Surrogate mother gets money or whatever they want or decided with whose baby they're carrying. It's like borrowing womb of woman. Surrogate mother don't get any rights of the baby. As it was mutual from the start. So yeah, surrogate mothers won't show at all (neither rourou's nor bighead's)
