I think the sentiment about this story is pretty much unanimous— nothing the author does about Jaekyung at this point will be sufficient to redeem him. The author could’ve chosen to make him aware of his feelings and begin his change for the better but instead chose to make yet another reason for him to behave worse than garbage. No “redemption” arc will make us forget what a true piece of shit he’s been throughout the ENTIRE story. I’m sorry but at this point Kim Dan is better off disappearing and never getting close to the trash Jaekyung ever again, and for potato and Heesung to become the protagonists of the story istg
Rereading the official chapters for more accurate translations is simply painful. I’ve been saying this from the beginning but this story is far too tragic and unfair to the mc. He made a mistake in hiring people to scare his cousin but anything outside of that is not his fault, he couldn’t have predicted for things to take such a dark turn. Even then, he still blamed and punished himself because of his “sin” but the way he “pays” for it is a million times worse. It’s a true living nightmare and I can’t help but to cry each time I reread it. ╥﹏╥
He suffered the most horrifying nightmare anyone can ever imagine, he seriously made mistake in choosing people but what alpha is doing makin a person's life hell after making him omega mistreated left on street for years getting raped over night years of miscarriage just to get food, then have 6 children with him, I mean this is so hurtful i seriously can't seems to hate him but pity him in between these two people wife suffered alpha also had ego that arrogance uke had he wanted to crush it from the beginning showing that uke can't have him mocking him calling him disgusting just cuz he was alpha also , more to it it's even making more sense why alpha chose omega as his wife cuz he looks like uke.... Originally he was interested in uke but it's like a gay relationship like he can't have a family with alpha so he choosed omega , on the other Uke keep suffering and he can't let him die seriously it's breaking me so bad
