Start small. 10 minutes is good as a start. Think of your target goal. Try to do those small bed exercise first if you cannot find the energy to leave bed. Young me angel, everyone’s friend and therapist, loves to dye hair into different colours and wear coloured contacts coz life is more colourful and exciting. Older me severed all relationships from everyone after graduation and live her life alone. Always bored. Also older me has this current hairstyle and hair colour. Wears glasses bc software......
