Um this is like "What if Florence Nightingale and John Snow (the epidemiology John Snow not the GoT guy) was actually one girl who was hot, straight, and rich" and it riffs off history without much of the accompanying logic... for example, I'm pretty sure all doctors learn about the founder of epidemiology, John Snow, and how he traced a London cholera outbreak to a certain public water pump, so why didn't Elise reference him directly?
