why does the author always use rape when there is lack of communication? it happened when jace was kidnapped and raped (a horrible scene, almost made me sick), then next thing the duke was asking him to date like??? there was no reflection on the trauma and it looks like it was a scene just used to bring them both together without a real talk. i hate this, really, it makes me want to cry, it's a waste of beautiful art and nice characters
