The white-haired golden-eyed bloke is genuinely the worst of all the male leads. He's a witless wet dog and he never fucking listens to her. He's set on becoming her obstacle in every single dangerous situation and causes needless arguments instead of just doing as he's fucking told. He actively harms her by dragging these situations out but has the audacity to talk about how much better she is than him. YES, SHE IS BETTER THAN YOU-- SO SHUT UP.
i don't know if the intent is to make him a character that makes you go 'aww he cares about her' when he treats her like SHE'S the one getting in the way and needs protection. Boy, she's stronger than you-- you can't have it both ways.
