The lowkwy bait n switch that the author did with the story is kinda cruel . No one is safe from trauma… I liked how the author developed the relationship between the brothers for the most part, except I wish mc became more suspicious over the 7 years that he could have matured and gotten less naive. Maybe it’s just his personality… For the control freak kinda pedophillic brother, him being manipulative and self centered while grooming mc definitely adds…something to the story. The ending was kind of weak though. The deus ex machina of the bro finding the ml on the street and crashing into him, while mc just HAPPENS to be there at that exact moment. It just feels like the author was too lazy to find an actual reason for mc to have a clean break from bro. And I keep thinking these things about these FUCKING ANNOYING antagonists that should FUCKING ROT IN PRISON instead of getting away with a slap on the wrist. MF SHOULD SERVE SOME TIME!! I CAN LIST HIS CRIMES RIGHT HERE AND RIGHT NOW. Attempted vehicular manslaughter, kidnapping, attempted sexual assault, battery, child abuse, pedophilia and grooming(ain’t a crime but fuck it). Anyways, the psychos look like they’re going live a happy life fucking each other over. I wish we got to see more of ml’s sister, and the lesbian couple.
