This has great potential, great art, interesting premise, I bet this story will be incredible!!!!!

The plot is so damn good, I reread it again… the court drama is intense and very packed with story. Accomplishing this within 70 chapters is amazing. The male lead is a severe case of GREEN FLAGS. He’s so loving and devoted, doing anything and willing to give up everything to be with mc. Now with my second read through, I’m no longer confused why ml chose to abdicate the throne. In the beginning, when ml was just a prince, he realized that his choices were either to usurp the throne, or to die. The whole plot centered around ml trying to whip the court into shape and stabilize things before the crown prince inherits his position. He didn’t want to be emperor permanently. This is proved further with him willingly giving up his power to be with mc. The mc was a curveball in his plans, but it actually expedited the process. The mc was just a poor soul that got wrapped into this….as well as the great sorcerer.. that unlucky bastard LOL. Overall, very enthralling plot, amazingly fleshed out ml, well wrapped up story, and very very wholesome relationship.
