Hello, as far as I remember there was only 1 couple, which is the guy with big yellow hair and the fox with red hair, they even have sex in one of the chapters. However, in my opinion, based on a graph I saw, it looks like there will be a love triangle between the one with gray hair, the one with short yellow hair and possibly the one with brown hair. I personally hope it doesn't happen, but from the graph it looks like it might happen in the future.
And maybe I could be wrong, because everything was written in Korean, BUT it seemed like that, because of those arrows that indicate (Love, friendship, enemy or etc., on the graph)
Oh, I forgot to add that even though the guy with the blonde hair and the fox with the red hair have somewhat obligatory sex to open the doors of the building, it's a little obvious that they like each other, and when they were kids they were together too, even though they are not officially a couple yet.

The characters are simply angels on earth, seriously, what a beautiful relationship to see. A loving relationship where both sides talk and are respectful of each other. This story is wholesome and it's really amazing, I love it.
And even though it's a fictional relationship, guys, take this into real life too, NEVER accept someone in your life who hurts you so much that you doubt yourself. We all deserve love and we deserve to love. I hope they only use Hodaka to find an antidote, after all the shit he tried to do, will they really let him free and still become a couple with the Doctor? If that happens, holy hell, it would be so disappointing. He literally drugged, kidnapped and almost abused Shion and there are people who want this character to become a couple with the Doctor instead of being arrested? My God.
