In the raws the henchman that’s always with the prosecutor ( the older guy ) helps him before hand get water and everything before he actually goes into hiding . They don’t show anything about bathing but I just assume he does it with the bottles water and also most of the food he has he’s been storing bit by bit before he went into hiding . I think issues will come up with the baby because typically if the Alpha is releasing negative pheromones or having negative emotions those pheromones effect the baby as well which is why the uke kept saying his stomach hurt really bad even though he’s past the 6 months threshold .
