The name "National Rape Day" doesn't sound like an official organized crime, so it's hard for me to take seriously. After a couple years of using private messaging networks, most organized crimes are much more low-key in the real world. I feel like "National Rape Day" is just some sick, twisted "joke".
It sounds more like those fake hitman website......
