Both if you want. If your teacher is a good teacher they'll understand and help you get better at math. Plus, it's a good thing to express emotions (in a healthy way) so if you want to cry you can cry. You could even try to calm down and distract yourself to get rid of some of the anxious feeling. Just remember you're going to be okay!
