I read a yaoi manga a while back about this guy who is basically scared of going outside his house and is in love with an old friend of his who visits him to bring him everything he needs. Plot goes on to show he got a fiance and isn't going to visit MC anymore and sent someone in his place to live with him and "take care of him". MC suffers from some mental illness and has a scar on his wrist from attempt s**cide. If anyone knows which manga this is I really appreciate it !!
