I stumbled upon this from a list I saw here, and God, this was so good! The pacing is great, and the ending was superb. Although the plot isn't really that unique, with its enhanced humans and beast stuff, it definitely made it super cool. I like how unrealistically realistic the ending is – they don't need to actually mysteriously appear alive, but rather be alive in their own reality. And thank goodness Charlotte found a better father and brother. Mindy deserves so much better. Sean was so sick and insane; he and James are both sick.

As a psych student, I almost gave Yoseob a diagnosis, but the author confirmed it's just his imagination. Anyway, I've been avoiding this manhwa before, but I didn't expect it to be so good! I thought it was a thriller BL, and the uncomfortable truth is that it's incest but yeah, a good read.

The story possesses strong potential with its unique plot and solid structure, but the portrayal of the character's interest in heels feels misjudged, veering into uncomfortable territory. Instead of labeling the character a 'pervert,' the narrative could explore their fascination through aesthetic appreciation, personal history, or subtle observations, avoiding objectification and focusing on the artistry and design of the footwear. By showing why the character likes heels, and giving them other good qualities, the story can make them interesting without being offensive. ALSO! I hate that designer guy...why is he so pushy to the point where he blackmail the main character to sign the contract. EUGH
