I actually don't think Seowoo looks like a child. Maybe it's his actions and naive character that makes him look like one. The artstyle may be also a factor, like the soft features, but it's already like that even in Sign, specially in the recent chapters.

I understand Mr. Lim tho, it's the society's fault for expecting and setting "standard" . They're both consenting adults alr, they know what they're doing, but everyone will point out something that would take away all the happiness and even make them insecure.
